Account: email address (and name, if provided). Readings: birth date, birth time (optional), birth city, goals you select, and — optionally — your current location and saved places/trips. Companions: birth details of people you add; you are responsible for having their permission. Usage: standard analytics (pages viewed, events) via Google Analytics.

Birth data is used solely to calculate your charts and generate readings. Email is used for account access and service messages (welcome, confirmations). Analytics are used to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI reading generation — your birth details and city context are sent to the Claude API to compose reading text), Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), Resend (transactional email), Google (optional OAuth sign-in; GA4 analytics), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (city geocoding — city names only).

We use cookies and local storage for: sign-in sessions, your language choice, referral attribution (which page brought you here), and caching generated readings on your device so they don’t need to be regenerated.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data anytime at jay@whywhatmatters.com — we will delete it within 30 days.

The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

출생 정보는 차트 계산과 리딩 생성에만 사용됩니다. 이메일은 계정 접근과 서비스 안내(환영, 확인 메일)에 사용됩니다. 분석 데이터는 제품 개선에 사용됩니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 이용자의 데이터를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
