Beorra (“the Service”) is a self-knowledge companion that generates personalized location and timing readings from your birth data, using astrocartography, Saju (Four Pillars), numerology, and related systems, operated by WhyWhatMatters (와이왓매터스, Republic of Korea).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law of the Republic of Korea.

All content, design, branding, scoring logic, calculation methods, prompts, and generated readings on the Service are the property of WhyWhatMatters and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service or any substantial part of its content or design; (b) scrape, crawl, or access the Service or its APIs by automated means outside normal browser use; (c) build a competing or derivative service based on the Service’s content, structure, or readings; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s calculation or prompt logic; (e) resell or commercially exploit readings without written permission.

Readings are provided for self-reflection and entertainment — they are not deterministic predictions and not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, immigration, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyWhatMatters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Beorra(이하 “서비스”)는 출생 정보를 바탕으로 애스트로카토그래피, 사주, 수비학 등 여러 체계를 통해 개인화된 장소·시기 리딩을 제공하는 자아발견 컴패니언으로, 와이왓매터스(WhyWhatMatters, 대한민국)가 운영합니다.

계정 생성 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정에서 이루어지는 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 1인 1계정을 원칙으로 하며, 약관을 위반한 계정은 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

유료 플랜은 Stripe를 통해 월간 또는 연간으로 결제되며 해지 전까지 자동 갱신됩니다. 언제든 해지할 수 있고, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 대한민국 소비자보호 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

서비스의 모든 콘텐츠, 디자인, 브랜드, 점수 산정 로직, 계산 방식, 프롬프트, 생성된 리딩은 와이왓매터스의 자산이며 저작권 등 지식재산권법의 보호를 받습니다.

다음 행위를 금지합니다: (a) 서비스 또는 그 콘텐츠·디자인의 실질적 부분을 복제·재배포하는 행위, (b) 일반적인 브라우저 이용을 벗어난 자동화 수단(스크래핑, 크롤링 등)으로 서비스나 API에 접근하는 행위, (c) 서비스의 콘텐츠·구조·리딩을 기반으로 경쟁 서비스 또는 파생 서비스를 만드는 행위, (d) 서비스의 계산·프롬프트 로직을 역설계하거나 추출하려는 행위, (e) 서면 허락 없이 리딩을 재판매하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위.

리딩은 자기 성찰과 재미를 위한 것으로, 결정론적 예언이 아니며 의료·법률·금융·이민·심리 등 전문적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 서비스를 참고한 의사결정의 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 와이왓매터스는 서비스 이용으로 인한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 지불한 금액을 한도로 합니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원에서 해결합니다.
